Cleaning products
Automatic detergent filling lines are one of our most common products. We pay particular attention to the choice of materials used. For aggressive (corrosive) products we choose chemically resistant materials, their suitability is consulted with our partner VŠCHT Praha. For products with a high content of alcohol and other flammable substances, we offer machines in ATEX version, of course including the necessary certification.
To facilitate the automatic packaging of cleaning products, our stacking devices help to automatically orient and place the packages on the conveyor belt. These devices operate fully automatically and impose very low operator requirements. The operator will only have to refill the packaging into the tray.
The filling machines are easy to clean, making it possible to change the filled product quickly and easily. The ability to fill from the bottom, where the filling nozzle is below the surface of the product, combined with the adjustable filling speed, helps to eliminate unwanted foaming of the product. This significantly increases the performance of the filling equipment.
The capping devices can cap screw caps, avivase caps with dispenser, push pull caps, bump caps and many other types of caps commonly used for cleaning products. We also offer solutions for dispenser and pump closures, in either semi-automatic or fully automatic designs.
The labelling equipment allows the application of double-sided or full-circuit labels. The device can be combined with other Ink Jet devices or equipped with a thermal transfer printer to print the production or expiry date directly on the label or packaging.
Another option is equipment for secondary packaging. Cleaner filling lines can be equipped with tunnels for shrink wrapping. Similarly, equipment for packaging in cartons.
